Sue McInnesManager

We are delighted to announce our new manager is Sue McInnes who has been with the project for 21 years in a counselling capacity. Sue takes over from Stewart McKay, who retired as our manager at GEAAP after 33 years of dedicated service. Sue is very keen to continue the excellent work that GEAAP does supporting families affected by addiction, community links work, group work and offering our award winning schools programme to local primary schools.

Sue originally trained as a nurse at the Victoria Infirmary before embarking on a career with British Airways as Cabin Crew. On turning 40 Sue decided to undertake a HNC in counselling, followed by a PG Diploma in Person Centered Counselling, she is also a counselling supervisor to counsellors in other agencies.

Sue passionately believes in the great work that GEAAP does and knows that addiction does not just affect one person but can impact on the whole family.
