Resumption of Face to Face Counselling

After five long months, we are pleased to announce that as of the 24th August 2020 we are resuming face to face counselling at our office in Trondra Place.

All visitors to the project will be asked to wear a face mask, use hand sanitiser and will have their temperature taken on entry.

Our office waiting area and counselling rooms all have screens fitted for the safety of visitors and staff.

We are aware that not everyone will be ready or comfortable attending for face to face counselling appointments so we will still be offering telephone appointments.

We would ask that if you are displaying any of the signs of Covid-19 you do not attend the project but rather contact us by email or telephone.

The main symptoms of coronavirus are:

a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal

Most people with coronavirus have at least 1 of these symptoms.
